WEEE Regulations

The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Regulation 2013 is a new legislation designed to address the environmental impact of waste electrical and electronic equipment. The UK Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Regulations were introduced in 2007 with the aim of reducing the amount of electrical and electronic equipment (EEE) ending up in a landfill. The regulations have been put in place to ensure that products are recycled using best available treatment, recovery and recycling techniques to ensure human health and high environmental protection.

CBC (Europe) GmbH supplies products Business to Business. For duly marked EEE CBC (Europe) GmbH products sold after 13th August 2005, CBC (Europe) GmbH will arrange and cover the cost of the responsible recycling of EEE products returned to us from our customers.

Where the customer wishes to return the goods to CBC (Europe) GmbH for recycling, the customer will be responsible for shipping the goods back to our facility at;

Unit 9, Garrick Road Industrial Estate, Irving Way, London, NW9 6AQ.

Prior to returning the goods customers must contact CBC (Europe) GmbH customer services department Winston Millwood on +44(0)208 732 3355  and must await a response on the action to take.
